Martin Herbert is a writer and critic.
He is associate editor of ArtReview, contributes to international journals, and lectures internationally. His books include Mark Wallinger (Thames & Hudson, 2011), The Uncertainty Principle (2014, Sternberg Press), Tell Them I Said No (2016, Sternberg Press), and Unfold This Moment (forthcoming, Sternberg Press). His curatorial project Slow Painting opens at Leeds City Art Gallery, Leeds, UK, in October 2019.
