Dominique Blais Apparatus

Wednesday 4 April 2012 at 7 pm

Presentation of the edition « Apparatus » by Dominique Blais and discussion around the project with the artist and art history professor Pascal Rousseau.

Apparatus is a phonographic object that documents a group of three devices (Spherics, The Ellipse & ∞) by Dominique Blais following his residency at the French Polar Institute (ENPI) in Ny-Ålesund in 2008.
The vinyl record, with notices and a text by Pascal Rousseau, has been published following artists’s solo show , The Ellipse, at Frac Pays de la Loire in Carquefou from March 19 to May 30 2010.
