Fiction / Performed readings #2
The Fondation d’entreprise Ricard is launching a new program, « Fiction/Lectures performées, » a proposition by exhibition curators and art critics Christian Alandete et Agnès Violeau, who are also the founders of the periodical « J’aime beaucoup ce que vous faites? » [« I like your work a lot? »].
The proposition constitutes an experimental lab on the text, which is approached in its oral dimension and its plasticity, bringing together artists from different fields (visual arts, choreography, writing, performance). Each event questions a singular relation to reading and literature.
In this second installment, Marcelline Delbecq will present « West, » a collection of stories – fictional miniatures inspired by American legends and dreams, each of which is linked to an image.
Following this, Nathalie Quintane, whose work has been published by Editions POL, will present a specific play.
