Born in Colombes in 1997, Georges is a resident of Atelier Wonder, lives in Paris and works in Bobigny.

As an artist-researcher, Georges Juliette Ayrault's practice is based on her collection of recycled objects and materials, found on second-hand markets and reshaped with as much affection as concern. Re-used, this collection is the main resource for his installations, sculptures and other spatial variations of varying scales. Far from nostalgia, Georges Juliette Ayrault invites us to see other landscapes and other stories: unknown solar systems, quartz castles, futuristic cities or depopulated administrative offices. The artist navigates the interstices between our great utopian and dystopian narratives and imaginations, and our Western value systems. With an eye that is as critical as it is attentive, he negotiates with the experiences of these infra-ordinary objects, the fruit of fossil capitalism as much as of our everyday lives. The artist uses the contradictory history of his collection as a lever to bring out alternative, even dissident narratives, collective survival strategies for ‘living in the ruins of capitalism’ (Anna Tsning).

A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, he has exhibited at Galerie Marcelle Alix (Paris 2025) La Graineterie Centre d'art (Houilles 2024), La Galerie Jean Collet (Vitry 2024), Magma Maria (Offrenbach am Main 2023) Beton Salon (Paris 2023), Les Grandes Serres (Paris 2022) and Veda (Florence 2021).
