Cuisiner. Écrire. Manger

Friday 27 January 2012 at 7 pm

The very meaning of gastrosophy, the wisdom of tastes and smells, could be summed up as the pleasure of being together found in the Platonic Symposium (the fact of drinking wine together) in the Antiquity. Hélène Strohl’s book Recettes d’hier et d’aujourd’hui, prefaced by Edgar Morin and illustrated by Philippe Blanchard, invites us to just that experience.
