Camille Llobet
Born in 1982 in Bonneville, she lives and works between Sallanches and Paris.
Camille Llobet’s works shed light on the gaps between language and its object, intentions and reflexes, and the way the body expresses a non-verbal part of communication. Graduated from the École supérieure d’art de l’agglomération d’Annecy in 2007, Camille Llobet participated in the Salon de Montrouge in 2016.
She recently presented her work in the exhibitions « À voix haute » (La Graineterie, Houilles, 2020), « Silences » (Musée d’art et d’histoire, Geneva, 2019), « Collection à l’étude de l’IAC » (L’URDLA, Villeurbanne 2018). She had several solo exhibitions such as « Second » (Centre d’art de Vénissieux, 2014), « Partition » (Centre d’art de Thonon-les-Bains, 2017), « Majelich » (Printemps de Septembre 2018) « Idiolecte » (Galerie Florence Loewy, Paris, 2019) and « Risvolto » (Recontemporary, Turin 2019). Her works are part of French public collections including FRAC Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, FRAC Limousin, FRAC Grand Large – Hauts-de-France, Institut d’art contemporain Villeurbanne/Rhône-Alpes and Fond d’art contemporain – Paris Collection.
