Anne Bourse's daily, compulsive drawing often proliferates beyond the paper, on models, fabrics and domestic objects, as well as on the books she collects and the often unique ones she makes herself. H-Clubbing with Jean-Luc is her first published work. It is made up of a selection of reproductions of drawings arranged by the artist to create a journey through her graphic universe. Composed of figurative scenes, abstract arabesques, elaborate superimpositions of strokes, doodles and rapid or frenetic note-taking, it unfolds like a personal and emotional diary, a distorted reflection of the artist's daily life, desires and thoughts.
